I visited Mr Holmes for my first appointment and spoke through what I wanted and how I would prefer the finished look to be. He totally reassured me of what he would recommend for what I had explained I wanted, I had full trust in him and woke up feeling amazing.. The results I couldn’t of asked for better. My recovery was second to none, very minimal scaring which in time will fade to not noticeable at all. Great service and would 100% recommend.

I recently had my old breast implants removed and replaced and the whole process was a breeze start to finish, mr holmes was easy to communicate with and made me feel at ease throughout , i recovered almost immediately and required no pain killers afterwards and was able to go home the evening of the operation, would definitely recommend to anyone else considering breast augmentation

Mr Will JM Holmes is not only a first class surgeon but also a first class person. I am absolutely delighted with my facial and neck procedure that he has performed for me. I felt that l looked tired and haggard, l now feel refreshed and renewed. He has been totally professional but also explained everything thoroughly without jargon so that l was able to understand the procedure and the outcome. I had reservations about undergoing a general anaesthetic but again Mr Holmes put me at ease. The anaesthetist Rama Varadan was simply superb. She made me feel totally calm and at ease and also ensured l didn't vomit following the operation as l have a history of doing. My overnight stay in Methley Park was in the company of the kindest staff you could ever wish for. I highly recommend Mr Holmes and all the staff and Methley Park highly

I can recommend Mr. Holmes without hesitation. He is very easy to talk to, funny, personable and very professional, and I have had 5 star treatment from all the staff involved at Spire Methley. I used to have the perfect sized breasts even after having 2 gorgeous girls, and I don’t really know when they got so big. I have a small frame so they were out of proportion for the rest of my body. Even though I am 68, I am a very young 68.I run a successful beauty business and am busy all the time also fitting in yoga and gym, swimming etc. I decided to treat myself after a client recommended Mr. Holmes. I had a breast uplift and a reduction to get them back in the right place. Mr. Holmes explained fully the pros and cons of the major operation, and the approximate cup size. After the operation I didn’t need strong pain killers and just managed on ibuprofen and paracetamol. It wasn’t the kind of pain that is unbearable. I did bruise quite a bit but Mr. Holmes was always there at the end of an email to reassure me when I was having a meltdown which because of my busy life I found invaluable. It took a few months for my body to heal internally and externally, however I was doing yoga again after 6 weeks and swimming also. Now I can confidently wear backless dresses and pretty tops. All those years that I just had to walk past those racks of clothes but now I can wear them confidently. It’s been a journey but the outcome is fantastic and I’m so glad I chose Mr. Holmes. Even though my last check was the other day, Mr. Holmes told me that I can always go back if I am worried about anything in the future. So for me that was another 5 star service award for Mr. Holmes. I am very pleased with the outcome of my operation.

After meeting with Mr Holmes I immediately felt at ease, he gave me reassurance, was polite and reassured my fears , I had long standing issues after having a mastectomy in 2016 .After my reconstructive breast surgery which I must admit was amazing, I went back for reconstructive nipple and never looked back , I would certainly recommend Mr Holmes .A very big Thankyou Mr Holmes
